ecently, Donald Trump has been announced as the winner of the U.S. Election 2024. He announced his reelection back in 2022 and is currently the second president
president in U.S. history which was elected for two nonconsecutive terms.
It should be noted that Trump declared his victory early this day, and other publications followed his post and announced its win.
Donald Trump is an American politician, media personality, and also a businessman born on June 14, 1946. Before the actual election of 2014, he also served as the president of the United States from 2017 until 2021. In its first U.S. election contest, Donald Trump won the presidential election supported by the Republican Party, in his competition with Hillary Clinton who back then won the popular vote.
During his election campaigns, he stated that his political positions were focused mostly on the nation, and also to protect all of the U.S citizens.
In the current U.S. Election of 2024, he managed to win with more than 270 Electoral College votes that were needed in order to win the presidential election.
It seems that his victory in the Election was the Wisconsin which pushed him over the limit, and at 5:45 a.m., Donald Trump was announced as the U.S. president in 2024 with 279 electoral votes compared to the 223 electoral votes that Harris had. It should be mentioned that in the popular vote count, he also won with 5 million votes.

Also, Donald Trump ran for the U.S. president back in 2020 against Joe Biden, but Joe Biden won then the U.S. elections and governed the U.S. for 4 years.
Now, after he won this year’s U.S. presidential election as the Republican nominee against the Democratic Party, he becomes the first former president after Grover Cleveland who in 1892 won a non-consecutive second term. Also, he is now considered the first presidential candidate from the Republican Party who won the popular vote after 20 years.
