G has announced its new launch, the smart home ThinQ ON. The new LG smart assistant features Affectionate Intelligence and was launched at IFA 2024 in Berlin.
The LG smart assistant provides excellent connectivity and expandability. The home assistant position is the centerpiece of an extensive smart home ecosystem. The LG equipment and the `empathetic` AI provide personalized comfort, care, and convenience.
The new LG smart assistant is an AI-powered tool. It connects and controls LG appliances and other smart home devices. The home assistant device uses the LG Affectionate Intelligence. It learns from the usage patterns, monitors the appliances, and allows for voice assistant.
Also, LG ThinQ ON is a smart speaker with the LG AI voice assistant onboard. The smart home assistant can understand natural language, interpret context, and learn user preferences. Also, the LG AI chipset powers the device and has been designed with future scalability in mind. The voice assistant allows users to listen to their favorite audio content. It also requests in a natural, conversational way.
The LG ThinQ ON app. will let you control and supervise the settings of connected devices. Also, the home assistant enables you to create a routine. The new device will sustain different network connectivity options like Wi-Fi and Thread. A further boost to the ThinQ ON connectivity will come from obtaining smart home platform company Athom. The prime smart hub from Athom, Homey Pro, can connect and control over 50,000 devices.
So far, the LG smart home procedure has been to control their own devices and apps. The new hub is a higher step toward a better smart home platform, like Samsung and SmartThings. Also, LG announced that most of their TVs will work as Matter-enabled Google Home Hubs. You can use the ThinQ app to set up and control Matter-enabled smart home devices, including LG, Google, and Google Home devices, through the ThinQ app.
