new iPhone SE along with PowerBeats Pro headphones could be launched as soon as early February 11, as reported by Blomberg. The announcements are probably
going to come smaller than expected, as the company has not yet made invites for the virtual or physical event.
With this launch, Apple is coming with a new iPhone SE, marking the fourth generation of Apple’s budget-friendly products. The launch will mark the first in-the-line released model since 2022. Even more so, at the time of the launch, the third-generation models made part of the larger release of the iPhone 13 and had a $429 price tag.
At that time, the iPhone SE had common features with the iPhone 8 model, as well as its unforgettable Touch ID fingerprint scan. The product has also been discontinued in the EU due to its lightning port which does not respect the legislation norms that are in the present Common Charger Directive.
So, given the fact, that the new product line from Apple would certainly have a USB-C port. Even more so, the new iPhone SE is allegedly supposed to resemble the iPhone 14 line. This resemblance would mark the end of an era when it comes to the Touch ID button, being changed with the Face ID biometrics.
The latest model from the SE generation could also be the first device to support an Apple-built, in-house modem, as the company is in the process of becoming more self-sufficient and lowering its dependency on third-party companies such as Qualcomm.

The new SE model is expected to become popular, especially in places such as China and India which are ranked as the world’s first and second-biggest smartphone markets in the world. Even though Apple has struggled in the past quarters in China, the market could come back. The last earring report also revealed that iPhone sales in China went down by 11%.
Apple is also believed to be announcing the launch of PowerBeats Pro 2 at the same time as the iPhone SE. The new earbuds are Bluetooth-operated and are believed to be the first Apple-branded headphones with a built-in heart rate tracker, as the goal of the company is to expand the wearable health devices available.
When it comes to the new iPhone SE, the price point for the iPhone SE 2025 is expected to be about $500, due to its new design and Apple Intelligence features.
